What is Google Classroom?
Google Classroom is a tool for both students and parents. Students utilize this platform to complete assignments during the school day. Miss. Brown's Google Classroom
Click here to access our Google Classroom. You will only be able to access it if you have our class code. Only I am able to give you this code. You will also need your child's school issued email and password.
Stream and Classwork
Once you are logged into Google Classroom, you will see two tabs at the top of the page. One of these is the 'Stream' tab. This page is solely used for announcements. This is where weekly newsletters, classroom announcements, and some school announcements are posted. The second tab is the 'Classwork' tab. This is primarily for students, but parents can also benefit from it as well. Within this tab, there is a section called 'Fast Finds,' and this is where any pertinent information for parents can be found.
Grades
Once you are logged into Google Classroom, you will see a tab that is entitled 'Grades.' This is where you can check any grades for assignments that your child has completed within Google Classroom. To specify, these grades are not all encompassing of your child's progress. Rather, these are only grades for assignments that have been completed within Google Classroom.
